WHY YOU TRAIN JIU JITSU:
Every class, open mat and competition is a chance to grow and learn something new. The material in class never duplicates because even if it’s something I’ve seen before, there are always extra details to pick up on and practice. The competitions are always a great test of all the training, dieting, balancing outside life and overall discipline. The self-defense and keeping me in great shape is awesome too!

Steve is one of the most technical professors I’ve experienced in class or seminars. A great leader of the team, he’ll roll with anyone he gets the chance, white belt to world-class black belts, to either help them or better himself.
