Alan and Geoff, in for tonight? I believe Jim, Dan and Chase said they'd be there. Anyone else?

With the Bud Cup coming next Saturday it'd be great to get some solid no gi rolling in (unless you're scared )

Chase, Ryan and I will be in tonight to work on our no-gi game. I believe Geoff will be there to give everyone a good work out. Any other takers?

Great to have you in class last night Alan (finally...). I'm flying up to Boston for the weekend today at 4:00 so I'll be MIA thru Monday.

Hey guys, I won't be able to make it tonight. I'll be there for open mat on Saturday.

Tuesday and Thursdays have seen a serious decline in attendance. I am trying to make an effort to structure the class and could really use some support. we all need each other to get better. Wade has made a verbal commitment to teach some striking on Thursdays and i am hoping to get Ellison in there and gear the class towards mma training. i will contact some of you personally in an attempt to hold each other accountable (me and alan included). i hope all that can make it attend. Thanks.

i haven't commented openly on the issue as i have been a bit absent lately, but we are having little to no attendance on tuesday and thursday night.

aver and i came out of the box strong on this class, but i think we've both been discouraged by the empty mat.

he and i both work full-time jobs and made the commitment to show up after work to help how we could, so having one or two people show up was not the most rewarding thing

i will be back in thursday to resume my duties hosting the class with geoff

Hey guys-

To Geoff's earlier post, I'll be there on Thursdays and could help lead some striking if y'all want. I apologize for not being extremely consistent with it over this past few weeks, but I'll definitely make more of a commitment now.

But beyond that, it would be cool to get some more folks in on Tues/Thurs for gi / no-gi / conditioning - especially with the NAGA coming up.

i saw Alan at Carowinds on the new rollercoaster Saturday, he sat behind me with his girfriend, based on all the screaming and wailing i thought his girs was kind of a wuss and when i turned and looked it was Alan crying like a little girl, lolz
