One month! Time for everyone to really step up! I'll be in about 6:30.

If you're not competing it'd be great to have extra bodies to beat us up!

Thanks to all who came out tonite. It's probably been a year and a half since I came to a no gi class but it was a good time.

And everyone, keep an eye on Chase. I think he ate paint chips when he was a kid.

Hahaha! He eats paint chips like corn flakes so you got a lot of catching up to do Gil. You can speed up the process by using kerosene instead of milk.
