I have been trying to eat better and with different types of food diets but I'm really getting bored with chicken and tuna I could use new recipes or something. What does everyone do to eat healthy? I would like to know what to eat and what to stay away from and things I could do to better myself and different types of foods to eat. I would be open to even someone helping pick a meal plan or something.

I highly recommend the Gracie Diet book Rorion recently released, I've been following it closely for the past month. It's a quick read and just overall very motivating. I've done all-natural diets in the past and this is a step above. Good to get the Reference Chart too to stick on your fridge as a reminder for the combos.
